  • Added separately composer-normalize plugin and ran composer normalize command to format our composer.json.

  • Apply labels should use tagged versions instead of master

Note:
Composer-normalize is part of bigger PR #174 and i propose to add it and merge as separate PR
Makefile will be created and CI actions will be updated in future pull requests.

This adds coding-standards job into our CI, that uses yamllint and composer-normalize tools.
