Fixed a typo in 'geom_label_repel' and 'geom_text_repel' parameters. Specifying 'tag_size' in the call for do_VolcanoPlot should allow for the adjustment of the text/label size

Added a parameter called 'tag_size' to the function call for geom_repel_text / geom_repel_label. The parameter is set at a reasonable default, but larger than the original default for geom_repel.
