- enable macos M1 & x86. M1 fail because of py-lieft test. x86 fail because of TAPI—so need CONDA_BUILD_SYSROOT pointing to macSDK 10 (but where can i get that?) - linux job separated out - conda build script updated
it's failing because of the TAPI problem
