This patch removes the vendorized dma-buf header in favour of the ones shipped with linux-libc-dev.

I'm guessing this may not be desirable as it presumably makes it harder to cross-build userland without installing additional dependencies, but again the PR (even closed) may be useful to other distros looking to distribute this.
