2. /urturn-theme/css/urturn.css is the generate CSS including bootstrap
3. For responsiveness you'll need http://netdna.bootstrapcdn.com/twitter-bootstrap/2.3.1/css/bootstrap-responsive.min.css
4. Enjoy a urturn design bootstraped

Do NEVER change any files directly into this theme or bootstrap himself remember it's a submodule
