This is for verifying our tool dev setup works on GPUs. It checks we can do the following in a singularity runner via planemo test :

  • nvidia-container-cli can see the GPU from the container
  • dorado container runs and displays the help message
  • dorado can basecall a pod5 file with the GPU

I think it's working, just need to test the wrapper on a different machine
