Let's try OpenWRT 19.07 as base for our firmware

With this release we introduce a lot of new stuff in our firmware:

• new architecture, making use of standard apis of OpenWrt
• update OpenWrt to current stable 18.06
• introduce ffwizard, started by Freifunk Berlin, to configure OpenWrt
• use netifd to control network connections including vpn
• configure the system with ubus
• prepare switch to 802.11s, usage in parallel with IBSS
• use registrator with HTTP verbs
• make vpn configurable, we can now enable, disable or use it just for connecting mesh clouds via internet
• configuration pages for registrator and weimarnetz settings in luci
• show hopglass map in luci
